Health & safety

Avoiding ill health

Visitors to the Farm are encouraged to wash their hands thoroughly after touching any animals. During lambing we ask the public to not touch young lambs.

For groups of ten or more, animal handling sessions can be arranged by our staff in advance of your visit. Please call us on 020 7515 5901.

Precautionary actions visitors should take

We are a City Farm operating in a rural environment. We therefore ask you to exercise care when walking around the site as ground is sometimes uneven and there are natural trip hazards.

We also expect parents to stay with children at all times and not expect our staff to perform child minding duties.

The Main Office collects lost property and any item found on the Farm should be handed in to the Main Office.
