DAIRY TASTING WORKSHOP
The day begins at 10:30am with an introduction from the member of staff.
A designated member of staff will do a small tour to look at animals such has, sheep, cows and goats. The group will be asked what we get from the animals and why we keep them on the farm.
Returning to the classroom the group will get to try a variety of milk and cheeses from the above animals, then participate in a game to identify the milk or cheese to the correct animal.
The groups would also have an opportunity to make their own butter on the day
