Shift times will be variable with the majority of hours available at weekends.

Volunteer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Volunteer Marketing Manager to help us significantly increase our visibility, attract more supporters, and communicate our vital role in the community. This is a crucial role for a passionate individual who wants to use their professional marketing skills for a meaningful cause. You'll work closely with the management team to develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives engagement, visitor numbers, and financial support.

We anticipate a commitment of 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that can largely be completed remotely. Some attendance at key on-site events and management meetings will be required. Weekly in-person team meetings held on Thursday mornings at the farm.

We are looking for a minimum commitment of 6-12 months to ensure continuity and impact on our long-term goals.
